There is no commitment, if you don't shop regularly with us (once every 4 months) then your membership lapses until you shop with us again and then your Membership and Reward Points start again.

How To Redeem Your Rider Reward Points
Start by Logging in, then redeem Rewards by changing them into a Coupon Code to the value of your choice.
Once you have redeemed your Rewards into a Coupon Code you will have 14 days to spend your Coupon Code either Online or Instore.
IN STORE
Prior to Check Out present your Membership Card, or email and then present your Coupon Code.
ONLINE
On your Check Out Page, Copy and paste your Coupon Code into the box where you see Gift Card or Discount Code.
You can redeem as many points as you would like but you can use a maximum of £10 worth at any one time.
*You CANNOT redeem points against feed, bedding or already discounted items.
