Offsite Items - Up to 7 Working Days
Click & Collection
You need have an address on your account for one of these Post Code areas EX16, EX17, EX18, EX19, EX20, EX21, EX22, EX23, EX31, EX32, EX33, EX34, EX35, EX36, EX37, EX38, EX39, TA22, TA24, TA23. If you are not in any of these Post Codes and still wish to collect from us then add our Post Code in which is EX31 4JL
How it works
- Create An Account and Subscribe To Our Marketing Emails so you receive our email updates.
- Log Into Your Account (If you are not logged in, our system will not know that you live in our Click & Collection area)
- Shop for your items
- In the Check Out you will see Click & Collection (if you don't see this you are either, not logged in or do not have a local address)
- Wait for our Ready To Collect email, your order will not be ready before receiving this email.
Collecting Your Order
For items onsite we process your order between 1 - 2 Working Days Monday - Friday from placing your order. For items coming from off site please allow up to 7 working days depending on which supplier your item or items are coming from.
Once your whole order is available, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready to collect. We hate to disappoint and so please wait for our Ready To Collect email before coming to collect. You can collect your order Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm
Please note we will email you once all items on your order are onsite and ready for collection, unless you tell us otherwise.
Need It Quicker Then Shop In Store
Of course, if you are looking for an item quicker, you’re welcome to visit our shop. Prices may differ, as this reflects the convenience and the personal service you will receive from our knowledgeable team.

Please note prices quoted are estimated prices and to the best of our ability correct.
From time to time errors and price changes can happen and so we reserve the right to withdraw the item should it be unviable for us to dispatch at the price offered, in this case we will offer a full refund or the option to pay the extra.
