Pricing Policy At Barnstaple Equestrian Supplies Retail Store
Our retail store operates separately from Barnstaple Equestrian Supplies Online, and as a result, pricing structures differ between the two.
While we would of course love to offer the same pricing across both platforms, commercially this isn’t always possible. Our physical store has different operating costs, including staffing, premises, and the personalised service we provide in person.
To ensure our retail shop remains commercially viable and continues to offer face-to-face support and services, we’re unfortunately unable to match online pricing for in-store purchases.
We completely understand that price differences can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of our store.
In store products are individually priced at RRP. Prices are clearly highlighed either by pricing tickets or given prior to payment. Once this transaction has taken place you have agreed to purchase the item at that price and no refunds will be provided. Any difference to our online prices reflect the personal service you would have received whilst shopping with us in store.
Fittings for Safety Equipment are FREE OF CHARGE for those customers who purchase from us in store on the day. For those customers not wishing to purchase in store on the day there is a £25 fitting fee, which is refundable against your purchase if made in store within 7 days of our fitting service. For customers who would prefer to pay our online price after receiving a fitting then the £25 fitting fee will apply.
