Samshield Shadowmatt Riding Hats from Samshield are made with a super stylish lightweight polycarbonate shell and have a removeable liner.   This particular hat has a Black shell and a rose gold trim and blazon. These riding hats are designed for the demands of modern riding, giving a touch of elegance and distinctiveness with the opportunity to design your very own riding hat.  

Conform to VG1 and ASTM 1163 SEI standard.   The  specially designed chin strap gives extra security and rigidity helping to minimising frontal rotation of the helmet when landing over jumps.  Based on a liner system the  internal contact memory foam cushions that mould to the rider's head and are removable for washing.

Key features of this super stylish riding hat include the lightness and exceptional ventilation of these riding hats.  Made of polycarbonate and painted with an anti scratch matt paint, which is an extremely durable material.  Exceptional ventilation comes from an air inlet at the front, under the blazon. Fresh air is channelled from the front vent to the back vents in the helmet, minimising uncomfortable sweating. This concept generates a strong internal airflow avoiding the need for visible and unsightly air inlets: the elegance of the helmet is retained without compromising technicality and comfort.

A thorough ergonomic study led to the design of the inner liner, creating unmatched comfort. The internal comfort foam lining is removable, so can be washed at your convenience in order to maintain a clean helmet. This system of 3 different sizes of shells and liners with the Samshield Shadowmatt also makes it possible to follow the growth of a young rider.

The medium shell is  suitable for liners from 55M up to 58M.
