Roquefort Sheep's Blue Cheese

Roquefort is one of the worlds best known blue cheeses yet comes from a small village in the south of France. It is traditionally aged deep underground in caves which lend themselves to fully maturing the cheese in perfect conditions. A white, tangy, crumbly and slightly moist ewes milk cheese, with distinctive veins of green mould. It is also reported to have many health benefits including guarding against cardiovascular disease.
