Safe and Sound, from Dodson and Horrell is a fibre based complete feed which provides a balanced diet that is suitable for laminitics. If your laminitic does not have full access to grazing and spends either part or all of their time stabled, then Safe and Sound provides the perfect balanced diet. Safe & Sound will provide your laminitic with a hard feed that contains forage and 'nutri nuggets' meaning you can supply your horse and pony with everything they need from one bag
The long fibre in Safe and Sound provides bulk and chewing, whilst the nutri pellets are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It provides therapeutic levels of biotin, MSM to reduce inflammation and is 50% lower in calories compared to similar products available
Dodson & Horrell Safe and Sound is approved by the Laminitis Trust and the formulation is based on latest international studies on laminitis

For example, feed a 125kg Shetland pony 375g per day and feed a 550kg Welsh Cob 1.65kg (1 scoop) per day.
Feed with hay that has been soaked for 12hrs or oat straw
