Delphi is a family run business which throughout the years have pioneered the Greek and Cypriot food business in the UK. Being the first to commercially grow parsley and coriander and being the first to import Greek yogurt to the UK, they were able to create the products right here instead of importing them in. A super-satisfying gourmet appetiser, cooked to golden perfection with chickpeas, garbanzo beans and Middle Eastern spices. So wonderfully crispy and nutty!
