This option is only available if you have an address in Devon, Cornwall or Somerset areas.
How it works
1. Ensure you create an account and subscribe to our emails so that you receive our email updates.
2. You need to live in one of these Post Code areas EX16, EX17, EX18, EX19, EX20, EX21, EX22, EX23, EX31, EX32, EX33, EX34, EX35, EX36, EX37, EX38, EX39, TA22, TA24, TA23. If you are not in any of these Post Codes and still wish to collect from us then add our Post Code in which is EX31 4JL
3. Log Into Your Account (If you are not logged in, our system will not know that you live in our Click & Collection area)
4. Shop for your items
5. In the Check Out Information Page select Pick Up, on the next screen you will see Click & Collection
6. Wait for your email notifying you that your order is now ready to collect.
Collecting Your Order
For items stocked onsite we aim to process your order between 24 - 48 hours from placing your order. For items coming from off site please allow up to 7 working days depending on which supplier your item or items are coming from. Don't forget if you need it quicker, they you can shop in store.
Once your whole order is available, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready to collect.
You can collect your order Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm
We hate to disappoint and so please wait for our awaiting collection email before coming to collect.
Please note we will only email you once all of your order is in stock and ready for collection, unless you tell us otherwise.

Errors and Omissions
Please note prices quoted are estimated prices and to the best of our ability correct.
From time to time errors and price changes can happen and so we reserve the right to withdraw the item should it be unviable for us to dispatch at the price offered, in this case we will offer a full refund or the option to pay the extra.
