We have an extended returns period from 1st of November to the 18th of January both In Store and Online. Refunds are available as Store Credits.

Otherwise we are open as per our normal hours, which are 9.00 - 5pm weekdays and 10am - 3pm Saturdays.
Despatching In Time For Christmas
Please know that we do our best during this busy time of year. However, some things beyond our control can affect deliveries. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Onsite Items - for items at our In Store Shop & On Site Warehouse
Friday 18th December is our Last 48hr Collection Day
Monday 21st December is our Last 24hr Collection Day
From the 18th of December we continue to despatch but will not be able to guarantee arrival in time for the 24th of December.
Off Site Warehouse Items
Monday 14th December is our last day for orders - after this time we will be unable to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
From then on we continue to despatch however some orders may not be despatched until the New Year, we will do our very best to still meet our despatch times however, collects are affected between Christmas and the New Year.
Please note that if your order contains items coming from multiple locations we are happy to split the order for a small additional charge of £4.99. We will then despatch the items onsite and send on the additional items once we receive them.

Despatching Over The Christmas Break
Please note most of our suppliers are closed over Christmas and so we will be unable to place our orders for OFF SITE ITEMS until the New Year.
For onsite items we will still be despatching over the Christmas & New Year period but will be working on a reduced team and so despatching might be slightly delayed.
