Order Processing

You can place an order either in store or online and whilst we have the same order processing our returns policies are different.

Processing Your Order

Initially you will see your order in a Pending Status, this will quickly change as we start to process your order. We will be emailing you as your order progresses or you can track online - ORDER HISTORY

  • Pending - means you have successfully place your order but we have not started processing it yet.
  • Awaiting Processing - means we have seen your order and starting to process it.
  • Being Picked - we are collating your items.
  • Customer Service - there is something we need to liaise with you about.  You can contact our dedicated Customer Care on Tel: 01271 850278 or email [email protected] 
  • To Be Sourced - The item you wanted is not in stock and we are sourcing it or finding an alternative for you.
  • Ordered From Supplier - your item was out of stock and has been ordered from our warehouse.
  • Back Order - The item you wanted is not in stock in our warehouse and we have it on back order with our supplier. This means your item is secured and will be sent to us as soon as it is available.
  • Awaiting Dispatch - your order is packaged and awaiting collection by our courier, you are emailed with the tracking no once your Order has been collected
  • Shipped - it's on it's way and if it is being sent with Parcel Force you can track it with the tracking no. we sent to you.

We  sometimes with a quick courtesy call or email just to check everything is OK.

Ordering online and you have a choice of delivery options:  Click & Collection, Local Delivery, Royal Mail, Parcel Force.

On adding your item or items into the cart you will then be able to see different delivery options.  If you receive an error message saying unable to process please contact us on 01271 850278 and we are sure to be able to help you.

Delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not from the date your order is placed.  The latest time for dispatching the same day is 12 Noon.

Errors and Omissions: - Please note that the prices quoted are estimated prices and to the best of our ability correct - however from time to time errors and price changes can happen and so we reserve the right to withdraw the item should it be unviable for us to dispatch at the price offered, in this case we will offer a full refund or the option to pay the extra.
