Processing Your Order

Delivery Time is from the Date of Dispatch, NOT from the date your order is placed.  Next Day Delivery is only If an item is in stock. If an item is  In Our Warehouse then it takes 2 - 4 days for it to come to us at which point it will be dispatched as per your delivery option. 

If your order is placed in store or online we have the same order processing.

Initially you will see your order in a Pending Status, this will quickly change as we start to process your order.

We email you as your order progresses or you can track online in your ORDER HISTORY

PENDING You have successfully placed your order but we yet to start processing it.
AWAITING PROCESSING We will shortly be processing your order.  We aim to have your order processed within 30 mins during our work hours.
BEEN PICKED Your order has been picked and awaiting packing.

TO BE ORDERED An item you wanted is not in stock and we are sourcing it or finding an alternative for you.
ORDERED FROM SUPPLIER We have ordered your item and it should be with us shortly
PRE-ORDER An item you wanted is not in stock or in our warehouse. This means your item is secured and will be sent to us as soon as it is available
AWAITING DISPATCH Your order is packaged and awaiting collection by our courier. You will receive tracking no. if sent by UKMail
AWAITING DELIVERY Your order will be delivered on our next set Home Delivery round to your area.
AWAITING COLLECTION Your order is now available for collection from our store

You can request that this is left in our Click & Collection Box by phoning our shop on 01271 850278 Ext 307 or putting instructions in the order notes. STORE OPENING HOURS
SHIPPED It's on it's way and you can now start tracking your order.

We  sometimes finish with a quick courtesy call or email just to check everything is OK.

If you have a local Post Code registered, you will have the additional options of CLICK & COLLECTION and VAN DELIVERY.

If you do not see these options in your Shipping or see an error in your shopping cart then your address is not currently included into our Local Services. Please call us and we will see if we can include you.
