Returns During Corona
All items received back to us will be quarantined for 3 days. Only once this time has elapsed is your return then opened and processed within our normal 14 working days.
You can be assured we are doing our very best for you and your understanding is greatly appreciated
We are under no legal obligation to refund an item, that has been wrongly purchased in store. However, we would prefer you to be a happy customer.
Changed Your Mind Or It's The Wrong Size or Colour - Returned To Us Within 14 days of Purchase
If the item is part of our regular stock we will be happy to offer an alternative size or colour or a Credit Note to spend in the shop.
All items need to be in their original packaging and still with their tags on and we will require proof of purchase.
If the item has been specifically ordered for you then we reserve the right to NOT offer a replacement and may offer you the option of returning the item less a handling charge.
WE DO NOT OFFER CREDITS OR EXCHANGES ON Riding Hats and items that are designed for direct skin or hair contact due to health and safety.
It's Faulty or Damaged
We offer a full refund if returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Thereafter, you may be offered a repair, replacement or partial refund depending on the product and usage and our manufacturers guarantees.
Made To Measure or Personalised Items
We secure orders with a 50% Deposit, you will be given an estimated date for delivery, should this need to be extended this will not entitle the Purchase to a refund as long as the order is delivered within a reasonable time limit.
Items that need to be ordered or free items will only be Credited at the discretion of the Manager, unless faulty.
