This is an incredibly challenging time for all employees and their families and we understand the stress and pressure each and every one of us are facing. These are unprecedented times and as a business we will continue to be vigilant and flexible in our response and approach. We believe in working with our customers to ensure the protection of them and our staff during this difficult time and we respectfully request that you work with us in store and on the phone to support our key workers and be sensitive, understanding and supportive of each other. We are a small dedicated Team and have made the decision that as an Essential Retailer to remain open and to support out customers, we have however, changed our trading times to the following.
7 Days a week Monday - Friday 11am - 4pm and Saturdays & Sunday 12 noon - 2pm
This is reviewed regularly.
We have always been able to either Call or place a Click and Collect Service. Our Customer Services team is available on 01271 850278 Mon-Fri 11am - 4pm to place orders or you can place your order on our Website 24/7, you can collect from our store during Opening Times or request for it to be left in our Click & Collection Box. You are able to collect your orders with 10 minutes of placing your order. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming the progress of your order.

Our Protocols
Our staff are working extremely hard in challenging circumstances. Please be respectful to them and other customers in our stores.
Customer changing rooms are closed, we do not offer refunds but are happy to swop items for the correct size or provide a Credit Note.
Feed and bedding collections are available on a self-loading basis. Your order will be brought out to you on a trolley that you can self load from, we request you leave the trolley where it is and we then move it once you have left.
There is limited customer service available in the shop to avoid time spent with customers.
In accordance with Government Guidelines we have undertaken a COVID-19 Risk Assessment

To help keep our team and yourselves safe, please help us to minimise contact and assist with our sanitising protocols.
When placing an order:
Let us know if you are self-isolating and give us clear instructions on where an order can be placed. We will phone ahead of delivery to check your current status and advise you of our location so that contact with the household is not made.
Please give clear instructions on where to deliver order, ideally a safe place where goods can be dropped without the need for contact between yourself and the delivery driver.
Avoid meeting with drivers unless necessary and always maintain a distance of at least 2m. There is no need to meet or greet the driver unless unloading pallets etc and then normal protocols around social distancing should be used with contact minimised.
Please consider on farm signage to help us identify your ‘safe area.’
Delivery documentation will be signed on your behalf and pictures taken of goods when left for our records.
