Our Team


The safety and welfare of our employees is our priority and we continue to review our processes and amend how we are working if we believe they will keep our staff safer. This is an incredibly challenging time for all employees and their families and we understand the stress and pressure each and every one of us are facing. These are unprecedented times and as a business we will continue to be vigilant and flexible in our response and approach. We would like to thank every one of our team for continuing to support our customers and our business. They are doing a phenomenal job in continuing to pull together as a team and support each other.

We believe in working with our customers to ensure the protection of them and our staff during this difficult time and we respectfully request that you work with us in store and on the phone to support our key workers and be sensitive, understanding and supportive of each other. Any decisions we make are for the safety of you and our Team.

Opening Hours


We are a small dedicated Team and have made the decision that as an Essential Retailer to remain open and to support out customers, we have however, changed our trading times to the following.

Call or Click & Collection


We have always been able to either Call or place a Click and Collect Service.  Our Customer Services team is available on 01271 850278 Mon-Fri 11am - 4pm to place orders or you can place your order on our Website 24/7, you can collect from our store during Opening Times or request for it to be left in our Click & Collection Box. You are able to collect your orders with 10 minutes of placing your order.  As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming the progress of your order.

Please note the following:

  • Ensure you have a suitable vehicle to collect your goods.
  • Whilst we are working hard to provide an efficient service, you may experience a short wait. Please be patient and dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
  • We STRONGLY encourage our customers to use our website to place your order on.


In Store Safety Protocols

  • Our shop is open for purchases in line with Government requirements, we have introduced the following protocols to protect our team and customers.
  • Shoppers only to come into the store,  children are welcome with Appointments for Fittings only - CLICK HERE
  • We are limiting numbers in the store to only 4 individual shoppers.
  • Once we have 4 shoppers in store will be on a 1 out 1 in basis - additional visitors will be ask to wait out side or in your car.  We strongly suggest booking appointments to avoid disappointment - You can book appointments on our facebook page or by phoning us on 01271 850278.
  • Before you come into the store you are required to sanitize your hands using our sanitizing station on the shelf at the shop entrance and to put on your face mask.
  • Our changing rooms are currently closed customers will not be able to try items on before purchase.  We offer a 14 day returns option where either the correct size can be swoped for or a Credit Note issued - we do not offer refunds.

Our Protocols

  • Social Distancing
  • Face coverings are worn inside our shop (other than behind our screened tills) by all our retail staff and all customers.
  • Customers may be asked to remove face coverings for the purpose of identification or to aid communication with staff who have hearing difficulties.
  • At certain times we may restrict numbers of customers in our store and request only shoppers come into the store. Non shoppers will be asked to remain outside to reduce numbers in the store.
  • There are barriers to reduce the customer proximity to our tills and counters where applicable please respect these.
  • Social distancing rules apply to customers waiting to enter our stores and at the till.
  • Outside customer collection points have been introduced along with social distancing measures
  • Maintaining social distancing is key and therefore where possible to protect staff and customers, self-loading of products is to take place.


Sanitisation and Cleaning

  • Tills, keyboards, card machines, trolleys, baskets, till stations and work surfaces are cleaned on a regular basis
  • Card machine pin pads are sanitised after every use
  • Customers are not to touch unless they buy the items, you are able to view details of products on our website whilst in store.

Our staff are working extremely hard in challenging circumstances. Please be respectful to them and other customers in our stores.

Customer changing rooms are closed, we do not offer refunds but are happy to swop items for the correct size or provide a Credit Note.

Feed and bedding collections are available on a self-loading basis. Your order will be brought out to you on a trolley that you can self load from, we request you leave the trolley where it is and we then move it once you have left.

There is limited customer service available in the shop to avoid time spent with customers.

Customer Deliveries


Customer delivery advice... Help us to help you.

To help keep our team and yourselves safe, please help us to minimise contact and assist with our sanitising protocols.

When placing an order:

Let us know if you are self-isolating and give us clear instructions on where an order can be placed. We will phone ahead of delivery to check your current status and advise you of our location so that contact with the household is not made.

Please give clear instructions on where to deliver order, ideally a safe place where goods can be dropped without the need for contact between yourself and the delivery driver.


At Your Location


Avoid meeting with drivers unless necessary and always maintain a distance of at least 2m. There is no need to meet or greet the driver unless unloading pallets etc and then normal protocols around social distancing should be used with contact minimised.

Please consider on farm signage to help us identify your ‘safe area.’

Delivery documentation will be signed on your behalf and pictures taken of goods when left for our records.
