Omega Equine Muscle is designed to help support muscle health, including muscle development, muscle repair and recovery after exercise. It is developed to promote power, strength and stamina.

This is achieved by providing high levels of the key limiting essential amino acids that are clinically proven to aid muscle development. These are Lysine and Leucine, we have also added other essential amino acids methionine and threonine.

Omega Equine Muscle contains Lysine, Leucine, Methionine and all other Amino Acids in Whey Protein Concentrate.

Lysine is considered the most important limiting amino acid when it comes to protein synthesis (muscle growth) in equines. Our Omega Equine Muscle contains 8 times more Lysine than NAF’s M Power and 10 times more than the leading muscle product Equitop Myoplast.

Leucine is another essential amino acid that cannot be synthesised so needs to be obtained from the diet. Leucine is said to aid in the recovery process by supporting protein synthesis, aiding natural glycogen replacement and helping to reduce muscle soreness following exercise. Omega Equine Muscle has a very generous amount of Leucine, almost double the amount of Leucine compared to Equitop Myoplast.

Our product also contains Linseed Meal, Rice Bran, Whey Protein concentrate and Rice Bran Oil which contains the whole spectrum of Amino Acids and ingredients seen to aid in muscle development. This product also contains a good level of Vitamin E.

Vitamin E is an powerful antioxidant, protecting cells from free radicals forming that potentially weaken or damage cells and tissues.
