Cancellation Policy

Distance Selling Regulations entitles you to cancel your order (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.


Please note we aim to process orders within 30 minutes of your order being placed and so please be quick in notifying us.  You can do this by either phoning us on 01271 850278 or Email Customer Service.   Opening Hours


When Does This Apply

Our Cancellation Policy is appropriate to orders awaiting dispatched.  After this time we refer you to our Returns Policy.


I Only Want To Cancel Part Of My Order

That is fine you can just cancel 1 item but if this takes you under our free carriage for orders over £75 you might then be liable for a carriage charge but we can take that off the refund due to you.


What Will Be Refunded

A full refund will be available on products that we are unable to fulfilled.


How Will It Be Refunded

Refunded back via the method you paid by.


When Will I Receive My Money

Please allow up to  5 working days for the processing of your refund.


Time Scale

Where we have not notified you of an extended delay at the point of order we aim to deliver your item within 30 days of your order date.
